In 1st November 2016 , NEM or know as Net Energy Metering is executed by the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology & Water, regulated by the Energy Commission (EC), with Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia as the implementing agency.This is to complement the current Feed-in Tariff (FiT) mechanism and encourage the deployment of renewable energy (RE) as meted out in Malaysia Eleventh Plan (RMK-11).

Customer gain more benefit by using NEM. Energy generate from solar PV system will be self consumed to make less energy import to utility and customer can save more money to pay electricity bills. In addition, any excess energy generated will be exported to the utility grid and will be paid at the prevailing Displaced Cost as prescribed by the Energy Commission.
MORE BENEFIT WITH NEM
NEM consumer with balance credit or excess energy from last month , those energy will be rolled over to current month . This rolled over credit will be within 24 months period from start of NEM connection after that it reset after 24 month.

Suitable site for installation (Own or rental).
